Primetime Information

Help us make Primetime a memorable and safe night for Gates Chili High School students!

Primetime is an all-night lock-in event held after the Gala. Our mission is to provide students with a fun, safe, and substance-free celebration at no cost to them or their families. Throughout the night, students enjoy activities such as karaoke, swimming, open gym, inflatables, BINGO, face painting, henna artists, a hypnotist show, free food and drinks, and much more.

Our pies are coming from Special Touch Bakery, a local Rochester-area nonprofit bakery that provides meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. By participating in our fundraiser, you're not only helping fund a memorable night for our students, but you're also supporting an organization dedicated to creating opportunities and fostering inclusion in our community.

Fundraiser Details

Due date for orders: Monday, November 9, 2026 (end of day)

Pick-up/Delivery date: Tuesday, November 24, 2026

Pick-up: Pick up your pies between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 in front of door 5 at the high school.

Storing and preparing:
- Fruit pies, pumpkin pies, and pecan pies are delivered frozen and unbaked. Baking instructions are on the box.
- Cream pies will be delivered frozen. Simply thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours and serve.

Pie Catalog

1. Cannoli ($25)

Full of everything you love about a cannoli, this premium pie will have your taste buds jumping for joy!

2. Chocolate Peanut Butter ($25)

This premium pie is creamy and light - the perfect blend of chocolate and peanut butter. It’s comfort food, for sure!

3. Pecan ($25)

Whether you say pee-KAHN or pee-CAN, there’s no disputing this: Our classic Pecan pie is a cut above the rest. Toasty pecans, our melt-in-your-mouth sweet filling, and delicious crust makes any pie-lover swoon with delight.

4. Rumbleberry ($20)

If you’re a berry lover, you’ll love this pie. Filled with raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, it’s a berry-lover’s dream.

5. Apple Crumb ($20)

This pie is full of sliced apples mixed with cinnamon goodness, baked in our flaky crust, and topped with a delectable brown-sugary crumble. What’s not to love?

6. Cherry ($20)

You’ll find no canned cherries in our Cherry pie! Bulging with fresh, plump, juicy, naturally sweet-tart cherries, it is pure cherry perfection.

7. Pumpkin ($20)

It’s easy to fall in love with this pie. The balance of pumpkin and allspice has Pumpkin pie lovers everywhere saying, “seconds, please.”

8. Chocolate Cream ($20)

If you have a craving for creamy chocolatey goodness, this pie is a must-have. Chocolate cream, whipped cream and chocolate shavings... you simply can’t resist this pie.

9. Strawberry Rhubarb ($20)

Rhubarb loves strawberries, strawberries love rhubarb, and everyone loves our rave-worthy Strawberry Rhubarb pie. It’s the perfect combination.
